Khan sir’s troubles have increased further after FIR was registered against him in the coaching firing case. Khan, an officer of the Fire Safety Department in Bihar, has reached Global Coaching. Safety standards are being checked here. Now the fire department team has reached Khan Global Studies Coaching. Fire safety arrangements are being checked here. Safety standards are being inspected in the coaching building. Emergency exits and fire fighting equipment are also being investigated.
During the investigation, reports of many shortcomings in coaching were also received. These flaws are related to fire safety. Here the fire department has already indicated to take action. Further action can be taken after today’s investigation report. Here the Fire IG had also indicated to seal the coaching.
‘The bullet was fired at the behest of Khan sir’
According to investigators, the FIR was registered when during interrogation the guards told the police that they had fired on the direct orders of Khan. He also claimed that Khan had asked him to fire at the crowd that had gathered at the gate of the institute and brutally assaulted a guard.
A police officer said that based on the statement of Assistant Sub-Inspector Anil Kumar, the FIR was registered under Section 109 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) and Sections 25, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act (related to illegal possession of weapons and misuse of weapons). The guards admitted that they fired two rounds at the behest of Khan Sir and Khan Sir had assured them that he would handle the consequences.
