
During the discussion on the Public Examination Reform Bill in the Lok Sabha, BJP MP Tejaswi Surya got angry with Jagdambika Pal, who was sitting on the post of Speaker. Actually, the law related to paper leak was being debated in the Lok Sabha, BJP MP Jagdambika Pal was in the chair and BJP MP Tejasvi Surya was the speaker. Tejashwi was given 20 minutes to speak on behalf of the party, but Tejashwi spoke for more than 20 minutes and was not able to finish his speech. Then Jagdambika Pal interrupted him and said to finish it now. After this Tejashwi asked him for 2 more minutes. Then after some time, when Jagdambika Pal asked him to finish his speech, Tejaswi Surya got angry.
Tejashwi expressed his displeasure and said, Speaker, please give me two minutes, why are you interrupting again and again. The party has given me 20 minutes. On this Jagdambika Pal said, ‘Why won’t you interrupt?’ This is wrong. What is this? Then Union Minister Pralhad Joshi intervened and said, let the Speaker speak. After this Jagdambika Pal said that ‘the time was 20 minutes, 27 minutes were given. There are other speakers of the party, they will also speak. Then Pralhad Joshi said that give five more minutes to Tejashwi, we will adjust in the party.

After Tejaswi Surya’s speech, Jagdambika Pal asked Nationalist Congress Party (SP) MP Supriya Sule to speak. Then Supriya said about Pralhad Joshi, ‘We just saw Education Minister Pralhad Joshi fighting and saying that please give our speaker five more minutes. Is this the dignity of a cabinet minister? This is no joke of BJP workers. This is not the assembly of Karnataka. Does the Education Minister behave like this in Parliament?
Demand for investigation into the use of pellet guns
Supriya Sule demanded that an inquiry committee be formed to investigate the circumstances due to which some security personnel allegedly used pellet guns on protesting students during the recent anti-NEET exam paper leak protest in Delhi.
