Patna Firing Case: The court has rejected the bail plea of Gyan Bindu Institute director Roshan Anand in the Patna coaching firing controversy. Yesterday i.e. on Monday, after hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court had reserved the order. At the same time, today i.e. on Tuesday, the court rejected the regular bail plea of Roshan Anand as well as his two staff.
On the other hand, Khan sir alias Faizal Khan got big relief from the court. Patna Court stayed his arrest. The court banned any punitive action against him. Regarding this entire matter, Khan sir’s lawyer said that after hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court said that no further action will be taken against Faizal Khan. Now this entire matter will be debated on the next date on the diary given by the police. After this, whatever will be the order of the court. He will be seen.
