Mix these three things in wheat flour
Ayurveda expert Kiran Gupta tells that If you mix soya flour, gram flour and sattu in wheat flour then your wheat flour will become protein rich. Besides, by adding these three things, its glycemic index also reduces, which makes it a good option for sugar patients also. You have to mix 2-3 tablespoons of soya flour, 2 tablespoons of gram flour and 2 tablespoons of sattu in 1 cup of wheat flour and make roti from it.

soy flour – By adding 15-20% soya flour to wheat flour, the protein content of roti increases significantly. Soy is considered an excellent source of plant-based protein and contains all the essential amino acids required by the body. 100 grams of soya flour contains about 35-40 grams of protein. Apart from this, it also contains iron, calcium, magnesium and fiber in abundance. Soya flour also helps in strengthening muscles, keeping the stomach full for a long time and weight management.
Nutrition of gram flour- Gram flour is also rich in nutrients. About 20 to 22 grams of protein is found in 100 grams of gram flour. Apart from this, it is also a good source of fiber, iron, folate, magnesium and potassium. Adding gram flour also reduces the glycemic index. After eating which the blood sugar level does not increase rapidly.
Sattu is also a good option- Sattu is considered a superfood. About 18 to 22 grams of protein is found in 100 grams of Sattu. Nutrition like fiber, calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium are also found in it. In such a situation, adding Sattu to wheat flour also increases its nutrients and benefits. Which also keeps the body cool in summer and helps in improving digestion.
