PM Modi 12 Years: Resolve to serve the public and develop India… CM Mohan Yadav congratulated the Prime Minister

June 10, 2026 by Uma Shankar

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has written in his blog that in the history of India, Narendra Modi becoming Prime Minister for three consecutive times is an important achievement for the country. Coming to power three times in a row, PM Modi’s working style, taking everyone along and making the country economically strong along with providing security, has been his specialty. These special qualities of the illustrious Prime Minister have written the golden chapter of building a new India.

PM Narendra Modi When he took oath as the Prime Minister in 2014, the people of the country not only elected a government, but also expressed their expectation of a new working style of governance and political culture. After twelve years, it would be more appropriate to understand this journey not only on the basis of plans, figures and achievements, but on the basis of the broader vision that influenced the thinking of the government. If these twelve years have to be summed up in three words, then those words would be – service, good governance and determination.

Good governance means transparent, accountable and effective

CM Yadav wrote that in the Prime Minister’s thinking, service does not just mean running welfare schemes, rather service means the government itself as a protector and servant of the public. From this point of view, in the last twelve years, he has been concerned about reaching the last person in the priorities of the government. Tried to keep the poor, farmers, women, youth and deprived classes not just as vote banks, but at the center of the development process, which reached the pinnacle of success. This thinking is also visible in the integral humanism of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. PM Modi’s government has repeatedly given the message that the real meaning of development is when its benefits reach the weakest people of the society.

Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, good governance became a major focus. Good governance means making the government more transparent, accountable and effective. The use of digital technology was part of this philosophy. Technology was considered not only a symbol of modernity but also a medium of good governance. Continuous efforts have been made towards reducing the distance between the government and the citizens, simplifying the processes and making the decisions more transparent, which are continuing. Its basic objective is that the common citizen should get his rights in a simple and easy way and the benefits of the schemes can be availed easily.

He wrote that I am happy to say that Modi ji is the first Prime Minister of the country who considers dialogue essential in democracy. His direct communication with different sections from time to time and giving them guidance is amazing. They also play the role of guardians for the youth. To strengthen the self-confidence of the students at the time of examination, their dialogue continues on topics like discussion on examination. In this sequence, the entire country assimilates his Mann Ki Baat program in a very intimate manner. This is the specialty of our successful Prime Minister.

It is clearly visible in the working style of the government of our illustrious Prime Minister Narendra Modi that instead of avoiding big decisions, how to reach a solution? Actually, this is what is called decisive leadership. It is undeniable that decision-making ability has been the main hallmark of this regime.

In the third decade of the twenty-first century, the Modi government presented a developed India as a national resolution. This resolution is not limited to economic progress only. There is also a feeling of self-confidence, self-reliance and national pride associated with it. In the last twelve years, the message has been repeatedly given that India should not be satisfied merely as a developing nation, but should achieve a place among the leading powers of the world. This approach creates a new confidence in the Indian society.

The dream of developed Madhya Pradesh taking inspiration from PM

Taking inspiration from the successful Prime Minister Modi ji, we also dreamed of a developed Madhya Pradesh. It fills my heart with emotion to say that I received Modiji’s guidance, affection and blessings at every step and every decision. Be it the Ken-Betwa and Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal link project which was pending for years or PM Mitra Park, he moved ahead and resolved the problems. Leadership like his is rare. Recently, when it was decided to create PM Mitra Park in seven states of the country, Madhya Pradesh was also kept in that list. It is a matter of great happiness that till now the Bhoomi Pujan of PM Mitra Park has been done only in Madhya Pradesh and it was a matter of pride that the Prime Minister participated in the Bhoomi Pujan of the park in Dhar. All this is the result of his special attachment to Madhya Pradesh.

Be it the successful implementation of Cyber Tehsil in the state or Metro Rail in Bhopal and Indore, all are the results of the Prime Minister’s love, blessings and guidance. Today there are nine airports in the state, so his guidance is behind this also. Today our Madhya Pradesh is Naxal free, it is because of their guidance. From time to time he explained and even warned. He said that the answer to bullets should be better than bullets, but there should be better rehabilitation arrangements for those who are leaving gun-violence and returning to the mainstream. It is because of his advice and warnings that today Madhya Pradesh has said its last salute to Lal Salaam.

Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, a network of industries is being established in Madhya Pradesh and investments worth lakhs of crores are being made. His participation in the Global Investors Summit organized in Bhopal in February 2025 shows his special affection. He has taught us compassion. It was due to his teachings that in our initial decisions we succeeded in getting the workers of Hukum Chand Mill of Indore their due rights. The Prime Minister had also addressed the program organized on the occasion of handing over checks to the workers virtually.

College of Excellence or Highway Development

Be it the development of leading government colleges in all 55 districts of Madhya Pradesh as Prime Minister’s College of Excellence or the development of highways, the Prime Minister took the lead on every front and showed interest, guidance, help and affection. I have no hesitation in saying that he is a timeless and visionary leader. An important feature of the tenure of our guide and mentor Modiji is the revival of cultural consciousness. After independence, India adopted modernity, but there was hesitation regarding its cultural identity.

In the last twelve years, the feeling of pride in Indianness, heritage and civilization has come forward more vocally. This idea is not limited only to religious faith, but is also an attempt to link India’s thousands of years old cultural journey with modern nation building. Be it the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, the redevelopment of Kashi, or the promotion of Indian traditions and yoga on the world stage – the same sense of cultural confidence is visible behind all these. Taking inspiration from him, Madhya Pradesh is also preserving its heritage. The strength of any nation does not lie only in its economy or military. His strength also lies in his self-confidence. From this point of view, cultural renaissance is an important feature of Modiji’s tenure.

CM Yadav wrote that if an attempt is made to understand the 12 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi only through schemes and figures, then the picture will remain incomplete. The real importance of these 12 years lies in the thinking which has made a successful attempt to link governance with service, administration with good governance and politics with determination. This period has been a period of renaissance of India’s self-confidence, aspirations and national consciousness. This is the foundation stone of new India.
