OMG! What is available in Bangalore for Rs 60 thousand? Girl showed the view of her room, video went viral

July 25, 2026 by Uma Shankar

These days, people are shocked to hear about the flat rent in Bengaluru. It has the tag of being the IT capital of the country, on top of that, thousands of youth are coming to this city every month in search of jobs and career. The result is that wherever you look, the demand for houses is sky high.

Right now the scene is such that new IT parks are opening, big companies are expanding their offices and after ending work from home, everyone is being called back to the office. In such a situation, the situation is even more tight in places like Bellandur, Whitefield, Electronic City, HSR Layout. There are fewer houses and more buyers. For this reason the rent is increasing every month. At many places, landlords have also started asking for advance deposit of 2 to 3 months.

What is shown in this video?

Amidst this rental tension, a video has created a lot of buzz on the internet. On Instagram, a girl named @totoeyess, whose name is said to be Karishma, has shared a video of her house and people are debating on it. Actually, Karishma had told a few days ago that she lives in a flat in Bengaluru whose rent is Rs 60,000 per month. Now the question in people’s mind was that what is available for Rs 60 thousand? So to answer this question, Karishma made a new video.

In this video she says: Hi friends, in my previous video I had told that the rent of my house is Rs 60,000. Today let me show you what the view outside my house looks like. Tell me in the comments whether this view is worth Rs 60 thousand or am I paying too much. In the video, Karishma shows the view outside from the window and balcony of her room. It is a very open view, the city is visible far away, there is greenery and there is no crowded feeling at all. After this video went viral, people are getting different types of reactions.

On one hand, some people are saying that paying Rs 60,000 on rent is a waste of money. In this time, you will get your house in a small town on EMI. Why spend so much money every month just on rent? One user directly wrote that why waste 60 thousand rent every month?

On the other hand, many people are liking his flat and the view from there. He says that in a city like Bengaluru, where even a typical 1BHK at a good location is available for Rs 30-35 thousand, if one is getting such an open and peaceful view, then Rs 60 thousand is justified. Peace, location and peace also cost money.
