In fact, during a domestic quarrel, the husband, who was seriously injured after his wife hit him on the head with a mobile phone, died due to lack of treatment. On Saturday, there was a minor domestic dispute between the husband and wife in the house. During a heated argument, the angry wife hit her husband on the head with the mobile phone she was holding. Due to this, the husband suffered serious injuries and was badly injured. The injured person was immediately admitted to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) in Bolangir for treatment by his family members.
Minor dispute took life
Seeing the improvement in his condition after treatment in the hospital, the doctors discharged him and sent him home. However, within a few days of reaching home from the hospital, his health deteriorated again. The panicked family members took him back to the district headquarters hospital for emergency treatment. Despite all the efforts of the doctors, the person died due to lack of proper treatment.
Police engaged in investigation
The local police have registered a case after the incident and started investigation. Police are waiting for the post-mortem report to know whether the man died due to internal bleeding due to shock caused by his wife hitting him on the head with a mobile phone or there was some other cause of death. Officials said that further legal action will be taken after the report comes.
