Although you will not get to see migratory birds here in summer, but you can trek amidst greenery and spend time peacefully on the banks of Yamuna. During summer season this place remains open from 7 am to 5:30 pm.

Leopard Trail Gurugram

Leopard Trail is a very popular place in Gurugram, which is called the Millennium City of Delhi. Where you can come to spend a relaxing time in summer. This place amidst the Aravalli hills will also fill you with thrill. The winding roads along with the lush green valleys here give you the feel of a hill station. You can visit Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary on the Delhi-Haryana border. These places are known for leopard conservation. Bhardwaj Lake located inside it is the most popular place among the people. The lush green environment and rocky paths here make it a perfect place for trekking. You can reach here by leaving Badarpur Border Violet Line Metro Station.

Sanjay Van

Delhi Sanjay Van is a dense forest spread over about 783 acres between Vasant Kunj and Mehrauli. It falls near JNU. This is a great place for trekking and hiking. It feels very nice here especially in the morning and evening. This place is very good for nature lovers and people who like birds, because along with many bird species, you will get to see butterflies here. Apart from walking, you can also do cycling.

Mangar Bani,

Mangar Bani is a forest area spread in the Aravalli mountain range in Faridabad and Gurugram of Delhi. If you want to go to a lush green place in summer, then this is also a great weekend getaway. This place is also popular for picnic. Apart from this, there is ‘Gudaria Das Baba’ temple here. Here you will enjoy trekking amidst greenery all around.
