After waking up in the morning, first drink some water and sit comfortably in Malasana. After this, light stretching should be done. This improves blood circulation and prepares your body for further activities. In fact, when we lie down for several hours throughout the night, after waking up in the morning, the body starts feeling stiff and lethargic, hence it is important that you first energize it by doing stretching, yoga or workout. 
A few minutes should be given to breathing exercises in the morning. This increases the flow of oxygen in the body and also calms the nervous system. With this you become active not only physically but also mentally. In this you can do different types of exercises like belly breathing, box breathing, 4-7-8 technique and purse lip breathing.
Light sunlight should also be taken in the morning. In fact, it not only provides Vitamin D to the body, but also helps in activating our muscles and natural light boosts the mood. However, in summer, keep in mind that you should wake up early, so that you can take a light sunlight bath. This helps in maintaining energy in the body throughout the day.
In today's busy life, amidst responsibilities and competition, not only our body but also our mind gets tired. Due to this, people start having problems like overthinking, worry, anxiety and their productivity is also adversely affected. In fact, when you are not mentally right, you start feeling tired and lethargic. For this, it is important that you develop the habit of meditating for a few minutes every day.
