Anushka Yadav, this name has been in the headlines before along with Lalu Yadav’s elder son and former minister Tej Pratap. This time the names of Anushka’s brother Akash and Tej Pratap Yadav have come up in a controversy. Actually, a case has been registered against former minister Tej Pratap Yadav in Patliputra police station of Patna. Complainant Akash Yadav has alleged that Tej Pratap Yadav threatened his family, misbehaved with the family members after reaching home and also threatened to kill him on phone. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case and started investigation. In this case, Anushka Yadav’s brother Akash Yadav alleges, “On June 6, Tej Pratap Yadav and Moti Lal Yadav tried to forcefully enter our house.
While talking to the media, Akash told that both he and Tej Pratap had an argument. After this conversation, at around 12:30 in the night, we received a threatening call from an international number, which scared us. After this, we lodged a police complaint on June 10. Akash told that he has filed a case in the court.

What is the matter?
Akash Yadav alleged that on June 6, Tej Pratap Yadav along with Moti Lal Yadav came to his house in Patliputra area of Patna and tried to enter the house forcibly. Akash told that he was not at home at that time and had gone to Khatu Shyam. It is alleged that on the same day Tej Pratap Yadav came to his house and threatened everyone. Akash told that Tej Pratap Yadav makes calls to Motilal and threatens him too.
After Motilal disconnects the phone, another call comes, in which a person named Mohit says, “I am Lawrence Bishnoi’s man, so do not say anything against the minister.” In this case, Akash has also submitted the phone call as evidence in the court.
What did Tej Pratap say?
Whereas Tej Pratap has called this matter misleading and factless. Tej Pratap said that he is not under any kind of pressure because truth does not require any proof. He said that it is extremely unfortunate that the person to whom a duly legal notice was sent regarding his indecent, insulting, threatening and anti-social behavior, instead of accepting his mistake or expressing regret, has tried to file a false and fabricated FIR against me out of a feeling of vengeance. This clearly appears to be a planned attempt to tarnish my public image, social reputation and the public trust I have earned over the years.
