The trick told by Chef Pankaj Bhadauria is called seasoning. Seasoning is a process in which oil is greased on an iron vessel. In simple language, a thin layer of oil is applied on the vessel. This makes the utensil non-stick and the food does not stick even with less oil.

How to Season Pots

To season an iron vessel, first of all place the pan or pan on the gas and heat it slightly. Keep in mind that the flame should be high. When the vessel gets heated well, slow down the gas.
