In her video, Soumya tells that you have to include the habit of not using the phone in your daily routine. Which you have to start as soon as you wake up in the morning. He told that after waking up in the morning, stay away from the phone for 30 minutes. This habit can help in increasing focus.

2. Habit of walking 10 thousand steps daily

Experts say that attention should also be paid to physical activity. In such a situation, try to walk 7 or 10 thousand steps daily. Apart from this, you can also workout for 1 hour. This will help in maintaining fitness and boosting energy levels.

9. Doing office work with discipline for 8-9 hours

Focus and time management during work can help in increasing productivity and achieving better results. Soumya told that now she will do office work with full dedication and discipline for 8 to 9 hours for 90 days.

10. Avoiding sugary drinks

Indians are addicted to drinking tea, including Saumya. But now she has removed sugary drinks from her diet and will adopt the habit of drinking green tea for 90 days.

11. Create content every day

Nowadays it is the era of digital media. In such a situation, you should also prepare content for your social media. Whether anyone sees it or not…but you have to create something creative every day.
