A big case regarding pan masala advertisements has come to light from Baran district of Rajasthan. The court has taken a strict stance on the complaint filed regarding the advertisement claiming that there is saffron in every grain. In this matter, notices have been issued to Bollywood actors Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgan, Tiger Shroff and Vimal Pan Masala Company owner Vimal Aggarwal, seeking their answers.
After this incident, the debate regarding advertisements of Pan Masala and Gutkha products has once again intensified. Especially questions are being raised on those advertisements in which big film stars are seen promoting.

The complainant alleges that in the advertisement of Vimal Pan Masala, it is claimed that each grain contains the essence of saffron, which misleads the common people. He says that claiming that Pan Masala pouches sold for a few rupees contain saffron, one of the most expensive spices in the world, is misleading the consumers.
It has been said in the complaint that people buy and use such products by trusting their favorite stars. This can also have a negative impact on the health of consumers.
Will have to appear on July 9
While hearing the case, the court considered it serious and issued a notice to all the concerned parties. The court has directed Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgan, Tiger Shroff and company owner Vimal Aggarwal to appear on July 9.
According to the court order, all the parties can present their side by appearing in the court personally or through their lawyer. During the hearing, his reply will be taken on the allegations made in the complaint.
