Bandar Box Office: Bobby Deol’s film ‘Bandar’ has received a great response from critics and audiences. The story of the film is very brilliant and Anurag Kashyap has once again been praised a lot. Till now only Rs 2.75 crore has been earned at the Indian box office.
SACNILC’s report has come out. According to which, Bobby Deol’s film ‘Monkey’ Earned 30 lakhs on Monday. Whereas the total number of shows has been 924. Also, the occupancy has been only 11 percent. With this, the gross collection of the film has reached Rs 3.30 crore. Also, the overall occupancy till now has been only 12.93 percent. The film is being watched mostly in Delhi and NCR only. From where there are 174 shows alone. At the same time, the occupancy in Mumbai is also very low.
How much did the monkey earn in three days?
Actually, Bobby Deol’s film ‘Bandar’ had started with Rs 50 lakhs on the first day. Business worth Rs 95 lakh was done on the second day. Whereas, on the third day i.e. Sunday, Rs 1 crore was earned. But again the business has fallen in lakhs, that too by a lot. Yes, the film’s earnings had reached crores in just one day, apart from that, till now it is earning only in lakhs. Earnings reached Rs 30 lakh on Monday. If earnings are not maintained during these weekdays, there may be a big loss.
Apart from the fans of Bobby Deol, those who are looking for good cinema are worried that ‘Bandar’ is not able to make big box office collection. Cinema lovers are confused because the film has received strong word of mouth. The film is being praised, but now in which category will this picture be placed, hit or flop? The short and clear answer to which is that if the film passes the budget, it will be a hit otherwise it will be a flop.
Why is the film suffering losses?
Anurag Kashyap has a different style of making films. He brings up serious issues and presents them brilliantly. But there is not that much crowd of audience to watch his films. But no matter how much she lives, he is seen praising her. On top of that, the South film Peddi and Varun Dhawan’s Yeh Jawaani Hai Toh Ishq Hona Hai were also released. Due to which the business which could have increased, also reduced.
