‘As soon as ₹ 1500 comes, the crowd in the market increases’, politics intensifies due to the statement of Minister Aditi Tatkare on Ladki Bahin Scheme.

The debate in political circles is likely to intensify regarding a statement by Maharashtra Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Tatkare. During the inauguration ceremony of ‘Ahilya Bhawan’ of the Women and Child Development Department in Washim, while mentioning the Chief Minister Ladki Bahin Yojana, he said that as soon as the amount of Rs 1500 of the scheme is deposited in the accounts of women, the number of buyers in the markets increases.

He also said that many times businessmen wait more than women to know when the scheme funds will reach the accounts of the beneficiaries.

Women got support from Ladki Bahin Yojana

While addressing the dialogue program organized in Washim, Minister Aditi Tatkare said that Chief Minister Ladki Bahin Yojana Women are getting financial support through this.

According to him, as soon as the scheme funds reach the accounts of the beneficiaries, purchases in the local markets increase and business activities also increase. The minister said that businessmen also wait for this amount to arrive, because it gives momentum to their business.

eKYC resume

Meanwhile, the deadline given by the government for eKYC for this scheme had ended, due to which many women could not get eKYC done. Now there is a relief news for such women, that is, eKYC has started again and eKYC can be done for the next six months.

Clash due to minister’s statement

After this statement of the Minister, a round of political reactions is likely to begin. The opposition can target the government by calling it an inappropriate comment on women.

At the same time, the government’s side may be that the minister’s intention was to highlight the increased purchasing power of women and the positive activities brought about in the local economy and markets through the scheme.
