After Annamalai left Bharatiya Janata Party in Tamil Nadu, many leaders have distanced themselves from the party. Tamil Nadu BJP state vice president Karuna Nagarajan and state secretary Sumathi Venkatesan have announced their resignation from all responsibilities including basic membership of the party. After this, Karuna Nagarajan told the journalists that if MPs and MLAs are from the same family, then next time some other family should be given a chance.
They said that Annamalai has created a new organization, under which only members of one family will hold these positions permanently. More than 7 lakh people have voluntarily joined this organization.
Announcement of joining Annamalai movement
He said that we have also joined the movement in support of Annamalai, who has the support of the people, youth and women of Tamil Nadu. Only Annamalai has the intellectual leadership that the people of Tamil Nadu expect. Annamalai is a strong leader and he is the one who took the Bharatiya Janata Party to remote villages. People are not understanding what the leaders of Delhi are saying here.
He said that Annamalai has a large number of supporters on social media. Annamalai is a person who can express frank opinions in every field. He said that the people of Tamil Nadu expect people like him. A few days ago, Annamalai had announced his separation from the Bharatiya Janata Party by submitting his resignation letter to the party’s national president Nitin Nabin. According to reports, the BJP leadership has accepted his resignation.

After this, Annamalai announced that he would launch his new organization. Due to this, various people are joining his movement in large numbers. In this context, many people including the state vice president of BJP are voluntarily leaving the party and joining the Annamalai movement. Similarly, many more people are expected to join the Annamalai movement.
