According to investigation, Neeraj Jain misused his position and sanctioned 14 agricultural term loans. At the same time, Nilesh Dayabhai Patel and Ketankumar Patel made several loan applications in the name of their relatives and acquaintances and got loans of Rs 19 lakh each approved. CBI had filed a charge sheet against four accused on 24 December 2014.

After completion of the hearing, the court convicted Neeraj Kumar Jain and Ketankumar Patel and sentenced them. It is alleged that Nileshkumar Dayabhai Patel and Ketankumar Mohanlal Patel took 12 loans in the name of relatives and acquaintances. Each loan was sanctioned for Rs 19 lakh.
