Senior Samajwadi Party leader and Nizamabad, Azamgarh MLA Alam Badi passed away after illness. Alam Badi was admitted to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow some time ago, he died today after a long period of treatment. Alam Badi died at his residence in Azamgarh, 4 days ago he was discharged from Medanta Hospital in Lucknow. Last Monday he was discharged and taken to Azamgarh.
On hearing the news of his demise, National President of National Ulama Council Maulana Aamir Rashadi Madani, SP MLA Nafees Ahmed, Alam’s son Mustajab Alam Babu, Guddu Jamali’s representative Abdullah Sheikh etc. reached his residence. MLA Alam Badi breathed his last at the age of 95. He was a 5-time MLA.
Became MLA from Nizamabad seat 5 times
There is a wave of mourning among the political circles and his family members due to the demise of the SP MLA. His funeral prayers will be offered at 4 o’clock. This namaz will be held in Jamiatur Rashad. MLA Alam Badi had influence in Nizamabad for a long time. He became MLA from here for the 5th time. He won from here for the first time in 1996.

He represented the people from here from 1996 to 2007. Then in 2007 he had to face defeat. Then in 2012, he won again and since then he has been continuously winning elections on this seat and was elected MLA for the 5th time in 2022.
