Salute to Kalam… BJP will run a nationwide campaign tomorrow, focus on connecting the youth.

Bharatiya Janata Party will run a nationwide ‘Salute to Kalam’ campaign tomorrow i.e. on 27th July. There will be a tribute program across the country on the death anniversary of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. The campaign will start with ‘Unity March’ from Rameshwaram. Unity march will be taken out from Dr. Kalam’s residence to the memorial. Floral tributes, symposiums and medical camps will be organized at district headquarters across the country. The delegation of BJP Minority Morcha will also meet the family members of Dr. Kalam. The focus of the campaign will be on connecting the youth with the resolve of a developed India.

National President of BJP Minority Morcha, Jamal Siddiqui finalized the program after talking to the national team of the Morcha. He said that the purpose of this campaign is “to make the unmatched contribution of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam in India’s development, science, education and nation-building available to the common people and to pay him a befitting tribute.”

Siddiqui emphasized that the life of Dr. Kalam inspires the entire country, especially the youth and the Pasmanda community. He said, “BJP has always respected great personalities and worked above religion and caste, recognizing their important contribution in national interest and nation-building.”

Through this campaign, the youth will be motivated to actively contribute to the national effort to create a developed India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, so that the country’s progress can be taken forward as per the vision of Dr. Kalam.

Many dignitaries including Uttarakhand Waqf Board Chairman Shadab Shams and Tamil Nadu BJP Minority Morcha State President are expected to attend it. District-level programs will include offering flowers to Dr Kalam’s statue or photograph, organizing discussion sessions and organizing medical camps. A special public awareness campaign will also be launched through social media to spread Dr. Kalam’s ideals, scientific thinking and his vision of a developed India to all sections of the society.
