Salman Khan Maatrubhumi: Update on Salman Khan’s ‘Maatrubhumi’, big hint about the release of the film from the poster

‘Mathrubhoomi’ is Salman Khan’s most awaited film. There were reports regarding the delay in this as it has not been able to get the certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). At present the makers had rejected it. Now the poster of ‘Mathrubhoomi’ has also been released. Actually, it has been confirmed from the film poster that the film is ready for release in 2026. Earlier there were reports that its release has been postponed till 2027.

Fans of Bhai Jaan are relieved after getting the release update from the film’s poster. One thing has caught everyone’s attention that the director’s name is not visible in the poster. After which it is being said on social media that it seems Apoorva Lakhia is no longer a part of this film.

The poster of the film Matribhoomi has been released by Salman Khan Films. The caption while sharing the poster is, “A soldier’s promise. A family’s strength. A nation’s pride.” Along with this, slogans like ‘For the country from the heart’, ‘Every breath is for India’, ‘Some bonds are greater than blood relations’ have been written on the poster. Apart from this, the film has been written as produced by Salman Khan, but the name of the director of the film is not visible anywhere.

What hint did you get from the poster?

The year 2026 is seen written on the poster of the film, due to which fans are hopeful that the film will be released this year, although the makers have not officially announced any release date. After the release of the poster, curiosity about the release date of the film has increased even more among the fans.

Name of the film changed

‘Maatrubhumi’ was earlier named ‘Battle of Galwan’, but it was later changed to ‘Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace’. This film is inspired by the army conflict in Galwan Valley in 2020, in which 20 Indian soldiers were martyred.

Starcast of the film

Chitrangada Singh is going to be seen in the lead role opposite Salman Khan. Apart from this, Abhilash Chaudhary and Ankur Bhatia will be seen in important roles. The music of this movie made under the banner of Salman Khan Films has been composed by Himesh Reshammiya.
