Independent MLA from Amravati, Maharashtra, Ravi Rana has made a big attack on Shiv Sena UBT chief Uddhav Thackeray. Rana said on Monday that while going to Nagpur, if Uddhav Thackeray met Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh founder Dr. K.B. If they bow before the statue of Hedgewar, they will become pure in the true sense. Actually, this statement of Rana has come after Uddhav Thackeray’s announcement in which he had said that he will go to Nagpur on July 18 and join the ‘Ram Raksha’ protest against the alleged irregularities in the donations of Ayodhya Ram temple.
Ravi Rana’s taunt on Uddhav’s ‘Ram Raksha’ movement
Ravi Gangadhar Rana, MLA from Badnera assembly seat of Amravati, released a video saying that Thackeray is trying to purify himself by mentioning Hanuman Chalisa and speaking the language of Hindutva, because he has realized that without ‘Ram’ and ‘Hanuman’ he cannot do anything. He said that after coming to Nagpur, Thackeray should go to the RSS headquarters and bow before the statue of Sangh founder Dr. Hedgewar. They should go to Hanuman Garhi in Amravati and recite Hanuman Chalisa. He further said that only then would he be able to become pure, otherwise his efforts for purification would have no meaning.
Let us tell you that in April 2022, the then Lok Sabha member Navneet Rana and her MLA husband Ravi Rana were arrested by Mumbai Police. He had announced that he would recite Hanuman Chalisa outside ‘Matoshree’, the private residence of the then Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
Second phase of ‘Ram Raksha’ movement from July 18
Shiv Sena has started ‘Ram Raksha Andolan’ across Maharashtra in protest against the looting of Ram temple in Ayodhya. Its second phase will start from July 18. The first program of the second phase will be held in Nagpur. Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray himself will participate in this. Everyone’s eyes are fixed on this program. Shiv Sena alleges that the offerings in the Ram temple were stolen during the time the BJP government came to power in the name of Lord Ram. It was heavily criticized across the country. After this the government took action.
Many people were arrested in this case and senior officials of the temple trust had to resign. This entire incident has caused huge damage to the faith of crores of devotees and the image of Ram Temple. The party has started a statewide movement to protest against this.
