Prepare gram flour batter and add remaining vegetables to it and make cheela on the pan. It can be eaten with green chutney or curd. This is a good combination of protein and vegetables, which can become a healthy option for breakfast.

What things should be kept in mind before using leftover vegetables?

Do not keep leftover vegetables at room temperature for long. After it cools down, fill it in a clean and closed container and keep it in the refrigerator. Try to use it within 1 to 2 days. If a vegetable has a strange smell, its color has changed or mold is visible in it, then do not eat it at all.

While reusing, heat the vegetable thoroughly. Also, avoid repeated heating and then cooling. Reuse only properly stored vegetables, so that along with taste, health is also safe.
