
Suspicious drones were seen twice in Samba and Kathua on the India-Pakistan International Border. Drones were seen in Bobiya area of Kathua and Taror area of Samba. BSF started a search operation in the area adjacent to the India-Pakistan International Border. Officials said that late on Friday night, army personnel saw an object in the air over Taror village in Vijaypur area of Samba, which is suspected to be a Pakistani drone. After this counter-drone measures were initiated.
He said that it is believed that the drone crossed the IB (International Border) and returned to Pakistan. Officials said that on Friday evening, another suspicious drone was seen hovering over Chak Nalua village in Hiranagar sector of Kathua district. He said that security forces conducted a massive search operation at both the places to locate anything or evidence related to the drones.
