India is continuously increasing its defense capabilities. Meanwhile, the Indian Navy has released the official crest of its new warship INS Malvan. ‘Bagh Nakha’ is prominently shown in this crest, which is a symbol of courage, agility and precise attack on the enemy. The waves formed around the crest show the warship’s ability to remain alert at all times and take silent but effective action to protect India’s maritime borders.
INS Malvan will join the Indian Navy on 22 July. It is the second Mahe-class Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft (ASW-SWC), built by Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) under the ‘Make in India’ initiative. The special thing is that more than 80 percent indigenous equipment and technology has been used in this warship.
