For this reason, the priests and priests of the temple continuously apply sandalwood paste on the idol of Lord Narasimha, so that the bleeding can be stopped. According to the legend, this statue of God has appeared from Swayambhu i.e. the underworld itself. Devotees from all over the country and abroad come to this temple to seek peace, tranquility and divine blessings.
According to the belief related to the temple, having darshan of God here destroys all the sorrows. Lord Narasimha also gives his blessings to childless couples.
