Guru Purnima Puja: Today is the full moon date of Ashadh month. This day is celebrated as Guru Purnima Day. Devotees across the country are worshiping their respective gurus and taking their blessings by donating to them. Donation should be made to the needy on Guru Purnima. Donating food, clothes, books, umbrella, fruits or Dakshina on this day is considered auspicious.
