
The opposition has attacked the central government over the incident of lathi charge and violence during the demonstration and march of Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) organized at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on Monday. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal slammed the central government over yesterday’s violence and said that the government has left even the British behind in the matter of barbarity.
Condemning yesterday’s action by the police and security forces, Kejriwal said that the way the Modi government has attacked with barbarity. This has never happened in history. Modi even left the British behind. He further said that so many videos of yesterday’s incident are circulating on social media in which children are pleading, girls are pleading but the police are using batons. Tear gas was used at many places where it was not necessary.
Unarmed students were brutalized: Kejriwal
Taking aim at the central government, Kejriwal said, “Yesterday at Jantar Mantar, the children of the country were pleading, they were folding their hands, but Prime Minister Modi showed General Dyer-like brutality with the unarmed students. The way the Modi government lathi-charged the children of the country and got an FIR registered against them, today many parents are very upset. Many parents are complaining that their children are not being found. Many do not even know where their children are.” Are.”

The condition of a girl is critical: Kejriwal
Kejriwal said, “I am going to RML Hospital to meet the injured and then I will go to Parliament Police Station. There I will ask that it be told against whom the FIR has been lodged. The list of the children who were kept in custody should also be released.”
He said, “Yesterday, unarmed children were brutally attacked by the Modi government, many children were injured, many policemen were injured, many of those children and policemen were brought to RML Hospital.” He further said, “Today I came to meet all the injured, we were told that except one girl, all the others have been discharged. All the injured children and the injured policemen have been discharged.”
Kejriwal said, “A girl is in the ICU. She is in a critical condition. We met her relatives, they told us that she is very critical. We pray to God that she gets well soon.”
On not participating in yesterday’s protest, Kejriwal said, “Some people are asking why I was not there. I was in Punjab for some reason, but yesterday both my children were there.”
