Bollywood actress and Punjab Kings co-owner Preity Zinta had sold her flat in Pali Hill for Rs 18.5 crore a few months ago. Now she is shifting to a rented house in the same posh area. According to property registration documents obtained from CRE Matrix, Preeti has rented a flat in Art Veda Building, Pali Hill, Bandra West for two years.
According to the rent agreement, this deal is from March 1, 2026 to February 29, 2028. During this period, Preeti will pay a total of around Rs 1.5 crore as rent. In the first year they will have to pay rent of Rs 6 lakh every month and in the second year they will have to pay Rs 6.5 lakh. Apart from this, he has also deposited security money of Rs 27 lakh. This flat of approximately 1,500 square feet also comes with a parking area of 100 square feet. A lock-in period of 15 months has been kept in the agreement, that is, during this fixed period neither of the parties can easily end the agreement.

In March 2026, Preity Zinta sold her newly constructed flat located in Pali Hill for Rs 18.5 crore. According to reports, he got this flat after re-development of his old building. Earlier in November 2025 also, he had sold a flat located in Rustomjee Parihar Building for more than Rs 14 crore. Preity Zinta is not limited to films only. She is also the co-owner of IPL team Punjab Kings. He invested in the team in 2008 along with Ness Wadia and Mohit Burman. At that time the value of his stake was said to be around Rs 35 crore. Now the value of Punjab Kings is estimated to be around Rs 1,195 crore, while the team has not been able to win the IPL title till now.

Pali Hill area of Mumbai has been the first choice of film stars for a long time. This year, actor Ishaan Khattar had bought a luxury flat here for about Rs 29.37 crore.
