HMD has introduced its new feature phone HMD Touch AI in China. The design of this phone is inspired by the old Nokia Lumia series. Many AI features are also provided in it along with touchscreen. This phone works on DoubaoAI model and provides features like translation, story, photo and image generation. Apart from this, facilities like 4G, Wi-Fi, mobile payment and SOS button are also available in it.

HMD Touch AI: Price and design

According to the report of ITHome, the price of HMD Touch AI in China has been kept at 469 Chinese Yuan i.e. around Rs 6,700 and currently it has been made available for pre-order. The phone has been introduced in cyan color inspired by the Nokia Lumia series. Apart from this, HMD will also sell interchangeable rear covers in yellow, blue and white colors separately, so that users can change the look of the phone as per their choice.

Features like AI and touchscreen

According to the report of ITHome, HMD Touch AI has a 3.2 inch touchscreen display. This phone works on Doubao AI model and has six AI assistants. Users can interact with it, listen to stories, get answers to questions, translate, learn languages ​​and understand homework. It can also create AI artwork from text. The operating system of the phone does not support third party app download and short video apps. Features like parental control, MP3 player, calendar, alarm, calculator and snake game are also provided in it.

According to the report, the phone has a 2 megapixel rear camera and front camera. The camera supports features like AI image recognition, AI image generation and converting photos into animation, comic or traditional Chinese painting styles.

The phone also has a 1,950 mAh battery, mobile payment support and a customizable top button, which can be used as an SOS button if needed. Battery, USB Type C cable, transparent cover, SIM eject tool, quick start guide and warranty card will also be provided with the phone in the box.
