Delhi Police has denied the use of pellet guns in Jantar Mantar violence. According to the police, the DCP did not order pellet guns nor did the RAF use them. According to Delhi Police, New Delhi DCP Sachin Sharma did not give the order for pellet gun, nor did the RAF company accompanying him fire the pellet gun. According to Delhi Police, there is a format when such calls are made then the concerned company outsources force to the DCP of the area.
