A cargo ship named MT Jalveer has been attacked near the coast of Oman. Indian sailors are also present on the ship. This is the third attack on a ship near the Strait of Hormuz in 3 days. Even before this, two ships carrying Indians were attacked.
The Indian Embassy in Oman said that information about this incident related to the ship has been received near Shinas port. The Embassy is in touch with the local authorities and is monitoring the entire matter.
