Papers have been leaked 152 times in the last decade. Crores of students have been affected by this, yet not a single culprit or member of the paper leak mafia has been punished.
Priyanka said that the Prime Minister should change his advisors. Nothing will be achieved by forming committees. There are also experts on cow urine in the committee.
