
Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi on Monday raised questions over BJP MPs honoring former Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in the Parliament complex. He alleged that honoring Pradhan is a celebration of the destruction of the future of millions of children. Rahul Gandhi also said in a post on X that Dharmendra Pradhan is and will always be a symbol of India’s ruined education system.
Rahul Gandhi claimed that this system took the lives of 26 children and forced lakhs of youth to take to the streets. He said that Dharmendra Pradhan had to resign not out of morality but out of fear of the anger of the youth.

Prime Minister Modi should apologize to students: Rahul
Rahul Gandhi targeted PM Modi over the alleged attacks on students and police action and said that he should apologize to the students of the country. Citing a news related to the students’ protest in Bihar, he said in a post on X that the entire system against students is deadly.
He claimed that there are reports of AK-47 firing on protesting students in Bihar and hundreds of students being arrested and FIRs being filed against them. Former Congress President asked PM Modi, where is your promise that no APIR will be registered against the students and they will be released?
Deadly attacks and vandalism on students
The Congress leader alleged that on the contrary, deadly attacks and vandalism are being carried out on students. He said that pellet guns were fired on students in Delhi and AK-47s were used in Bihar. Rahul said that be it Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar or Delhi, similar steps are being taken everywhere.
He alleged that the government is a liar and it is not in its power to carry out reforms. The Congress leader said that the government will go back on its words and will try to suppress the voice of the students by every means. Rahul said, PM Modi should apologize to the students of the country.
