But now the Bombay High Court has become strict regarding this matter. On Thursday (June 11), he has given orders to delete all the posts made about the actor.

During the hearing held yesterday, Justice Sharmila Deshmukh of Bombay High Court said that the neighbor of Salman Khan’s farmhouse should consider removing his post against the actor.
What is the whole matter?
Salman Khan’s neighbor Ketan Kakkar is a retired NRI. It was the year 1990, when he bought a plot on Panvel Hill. He wanted to keep it as a retirement home. Which was right next to Salman Khan’s Arpita Farmhouse. Ketan has already been introduced to seller Salim Khan and he has mostly been in America. But the whole matter started when he came to India with his wife in 2014. His neighbor Ketan wanted to build a small house, that too in his own property. He also planned to build an ashram so that he could meditate in the Ganpati temple. But in 2019 the game completely changed. He started accusing Salman Khan’s family that the entry of his house has been blocked and this is increasing the problem.
How many acres of land is the matter related to?
Actually, the entire dispute between Salman Khan and his neighbor Ketan is related to 2.5 acres of land. Now he says that the land is his, but the road that reaches his land has been closed. Besides, the electricity there has also been cut off. Even his house and Ganpati temple have been damaged. However, Salman has rejected all these allegations. His lawyer says that Ketan wanted to buy land near his farmhouse. But that deal has already been canceled as illegal. In 2022 itself, Ketan had sent a notice of Rs 295 crore to Salman.
What has the court said?
The court said yesterday that just because someone has access to social media, it does not mean that he can upload videos for the purpose of defaming any person. Be it a common citizen or a celebrity. Why should such videos be posted on social media? For now, neighbor Kakkar has been asked to remove his social media posts. At the same time, the next hearing of the case will be on July 6. In fact, only after Ketan’s post had received lakhs of views, the actor had filed a defamation case against him.
