‘Resignation is not anyone’s defeat or victory’, Anna Hazare said – ‘I fasted 22 times, never resorted to violence’

Amidst the uproar over the issue of NEET paper leak, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan finally resigned from his post. He took this decision amidst the ongoing controversy across the country and the ongoing students’ movement at Jantar Mantar. After which the students ended their agitation. After this, reactions from leaders of all opposition parties have come forward. Meanwhile, the reaction of social activist Anna Hazare has also come to light. He says that the solution to any problem comes only through dialogue.

Anna Hazare said that problems cannot be solved by adopting the wrong path. He said, ‘I do not believe that after the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, someone lost or someone won’. Describing social welfare as paramount, he said that whatever positive work can be done for the betterment of the society, it should be done continuously.

‘I never resorted to violence’

Giving examples of his past movements, Anna Hazare said that violence never solves any problem. He said, ‘I fasted 22 times and never resorted to violence. Due to which 10 laws were made. This is very important. Violence is never right no matter who you are. He said that the method of protest should always be democratic and non-violent. He said that people’s questions are always solved only through dialogue and dialogue among themselves.

‘Walking on the wrong path will not solve anything’

Emphasizing the importance of democracy and dialogue in resolving public grievances, he said that this is democracy, not dictatorial rule, and we should always follow the path of democracy. He said that any issue is resolved through dialogue. Solutions emerge only through dialogue. Creating tension and following the wrong path will not solve anything.

‘Public welfare is most important’

Along with this, Anna Hazare also said that the people in power should see what is the basic demand of the people and what is their benefit. He said that if the government has to move even two steps forward for the welfare of the public, then there should be no coach in it. He said that public welfare is most important.

Prahlad Joshi got additional charge of Education Ministry

After the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister Prahlad Joshi has been given the additional charge of the Education Ministry. Cockroach Janata Party and students were continuously demanding Pradhan’s resignation. Regarding which demonstrations were being held at Jantar Mantar in Delhi for the last several days. On Saturday, students and youth took to the streets in many states of the country, after which there was a huge uproar. After this, Dharmendra Pradhan announced his resignation in the afternoon. The opposition called it a victory for the youth.
