But a boy from Mumbai has proved it to be true.

Mumbai-based content creator Prannoy Joshi recently shared a video on Instagram. At the beginning of the video he starts his challenge at around 9:57 pm. His target was simple, to find 100 Indians in Times Square in just one hour.

Without wasting any time, Pranay jumps into the crowd. He first goes to the group and asks, brother, are you all Indians? And see, in the very first attempt the entire group of 12 people turns out to be Indians. This fun journey begins with a bang from here.
Did wonders in just 48 minutes
Pranay is seen running like mad amidst the twinkling lights of Times Square and the huge crowd. Sometimes he meets a tourist group and sometimes meets his family and talks in a native style. His hard work paid off and the amazing thing was that he did not even wait for the stipulated 1 hour, but found 100 Indians within just 48 minutes. His expression of joy after achieving the goal was worth seeing.

After the video went viral, the comment section was flooded. People are having a lot of fun. One user wrote, Brother, my heart felt full after seeing Indians at Times Square. Another user even gave the next challenge to Pranay that next time he should find 100 foreigners in Mumbai’s Shivaji Park and then he will agree.
