In this special event on 24th July, the trailer of Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’ was shown, which was liked by the audience very much. Made with a budget of Rs 4000 crore, the makers are preparing to present this film as a global blockbuster and are leaving no stone unturned to make it grand, no matter how much money is spent on it. The entire team is busy in the promotion of the film and a clip regarding this is going viral on social media, in which it is being claimed that the makers have gifted conch shells made of gold to the fans.

Makers distributed gold conch shells?
According to the viral video, the makers gifted a gold engraved conch shell to the guests. In a video posted on X, it is seen that a special note from the team of ‘Ramayana’ was kept inside the gift box. Prime Focus was written on the pink colored box. On opening the box, a beautiful conch is seen wrapped in soft cloth, on which intricate designs related to ‘Ramayana’ are made. After the event, this video quickly went viral on the internet, after which people started speculating that this conch must have been given by the makers of ‘Ramayana’ to the special people attending the San Diego Comic Con. However, we do not claim how much truth is there in this viral clip, nor has any statement come out from the makers regarding this video.

The trailer was postponed
Let us tell you that Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and the film’s producer Namit Malhotra were present at San Diego Comic Con. The trailer of the film was to be released on July 24 at 8 am (IST), but it was later postponed. Namit Malhotra issued a statement saying, “Today is a very special day for ‘Ramayana’. My dream of taking Ramayana to the world is now coming true through our partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment. That is why we will now release the trailer worldwide later.”
When will Ramayana trailer come?
Reports that surfaced after the trailer release was postponed claimed that the trailer was postponed amid the NEET paper leak protests by students. However, the makers did not confirm it clearly. There are reports that the trailer of ‘Ramayana’ can be released between 29th and 31st July. Before San Diego Comic Con, a special preview of ‘Ramayana’ was shown at the ‘Pratham Sankalp’ event organized in Delhi on July 18.
