Later he built Gautam Apartments at the same place. However, in a hurry he sold the flat at the rate of only Rs 85 per square foot. Today the price of flat in the same area has reached around Rs 85 thousand per square foot. According to media reports, now the price of this bungalow has reached around Rs 500 crore.
