Amritsar Gym Trainer Sweat Video Controversy: A unique case of cheap publicity stunt has come to light on social media in Amritsar. An 8-second video of famous gym trainer Tejbir Singh Rana alias ‘Ranarock’, who runs ‘The Rock Gym’ on Tarn Taran Road, had gone viral. In this video, the trainer was seen squeezing his sweat-soaked T-shirt and making his disciple drink sweat, saying – “If you drink this, you will become strong.”
As soon as the video surfaced, people got angry and netizens started trolling the gym trainer and abusing him. As the situation worsened, Tejbir Singh Rana released a new video and apologized. Ranarock said that he apologizes with folded hands to those whose sentiments have been hurt by this video.
The trainer clarified that he had asked his partner/disciple Rajan not to upload this video on Instagram. But since it was Sunday holiday and Rajan had the password of Instagram, he posted this reel.
Referring to Gurbani, he said that ‘Man is an embodiment of mistakes’ and when he himself watched the video again, he also found it very strange and bad.

In the apology video, along with the gym trainer, his partner Rajan also expressed his views. Rajan admitted that Ranarock had prevented him from posting the video, but at the time he thought it was a normal and entertaining video, so he accidentally uploaded it.
Ranarock clarified that it is deleting this controversial video from its official social media pages and in future will share family-friendly content with full responsibility and good editing.
