The champion of FIFA World Cup 2026 has been decided. In the title match played between Spain and Argentina in New Jersey on July 19, Spain won and again got its name written on the Football World Cup trophy for the second time. Spain won the title by defeating Argentina 1-0 in the final. For this spectacular success of Spain, it has got a prize of about Rs 481 crore along with the trophy. Apart from this, the players of the team have also received a special ring.

In this final played at the New York New Jersey Stadium, Spain completely dominated the defending champion Argentina. Only one goal was scored in the match and that too in extra time but Spain’s dominance was visible in the entire 120 minutes of the match. While Spain fired 20 shots on Argentina’s goal, out of which 11 were on target, Argentina took 3 shots only in the last 3-4 minutes and all three were away from the goal.

The only goal for Spain was scored by Ferran Torres, who was named player of the match. For this he received a special trophy. But not only this trophy or the golden trophy of the World Cup, other rewards including money were showered on the champion team. This time a total prize pool of $655 million was announced by FIFA. Out of this, champion Spain will get the maximum amount of 50 million dollars i.e. about Rs 481 crore. This is the largest amount ever received by the champion team in the history of the World Cup. At the same time, runner-up Argentina also did not return empty handed and got 33 million dollars (Rs 317 crore) as prize.

This amount that Spain will receive as prize money will be divided equally among all the players of the team. But not only money and trophy, gold medals were also given to the players of the champion team. Not only this, for the first time FIFA has also prepared a special ring as a reward for all the players of the champion team, which will be given to 30 players of Spain. This ring is made of gold, in which many small diamonds are made. In this, the World Cup trophy is made on one side, while the name of Spain will be written on the other side.
