After the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, there was a conversation between Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka of Cockroach Janata Party with Union Minister JP Nadda and Dr. Jitendra Singh in the Constitution Club. After the meeting, Cockroach Janata Party has announced to end the protest at Jantar Mantar. He said that his demands have been accepted. He requests those protesting at Jantar Mantar to withdraw from the peaceful protest site.
After the meeting Saurav Das said that Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned. Our first demand has been accepted. The second demand was that all FIRs, wherever they were filed. This was the second demand, the government has accepted it.
He said that the FIRs have been filed. They will share copies of all the FIRs with us soon. Copies will be available within three or four days. You will also get refund.
No action will be taken against the protesters
He said that we have agreed that no action will be taken against any protestor or organizer of CJP. This written guarantee has been given. The government has said that it will be given in writing on Tuesday. Apart from this, we had put forward five-point demands. We will meet again in four weeks and discuss detailed reforms. If it gives a guarantee. So we want to take it back.
After the meeting, Union Minister JP Nadda said that this is the third meeting. Came with the written draft today. Had brought four demands regarding the movement case.
