According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, the trailer of ‘Partition 1947’ will be launched on July 28 at the single screen theater Raj Mandir in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Fans and media will be invited to this special event. It is being told that Sunny Deol and Rajkumar Santoshi will also be present during this time. Many big launch events have already taken place in the iconic theater of Jaipur. The next day after the grand trailer launch in Jaipur, i.e. on 29th July, another similar trailer launch event will be organized in Mumbai, which will be attended by media and fans. Aamir Khan is also expected to attend this event.

Sunny Deol’s ‘Bantwara 1947’ is based on Syed Asghar Wajahat’s famous play ‘Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya’. The story is set during the period of India-Pakistan partition, in which a unique relationship is shown between a Muslim family who reached Lahore from Lucknow and an elderly Hindu woman who refuses to leave her ancestral mansion.
