The sacred water pond of the temple never dries up.
The sacred water pond built in the temple premises is a center of special attraction for the devotees. According to local belief, no matter how much water is taken out from this pond, its water never ends. This is the reason why it is considered a miraculous water pond.
The water of the pond is considered as sacred as the Ganga.
Local people believe that the water of this pond is as pure as the water of Ganga. Many devotees also take this water home. It is also believed that bathing in the water of this pond or using it with devotion provides relief from many types of skin diseases.
