Advance Booking: Rs 15 crore spent in advance booking, yet ‘Jan Neta’ is behind these 2 films of Thalapathy Vijay

Thalapathy Vijay Jan Neta Advance Booking: There is a huge craze among the fans regarding Tamil Nadu CM Thalapathy Vijay’s last film ‘Jan Neta’. Just two days before its release, the film has earned more than Rs 15 crore in advance booking. The special thing is that the film was leaked online a few months ago, but its impact on ticket sales was almost negligible. Despite a lot of delay, fans are desperate to see this film and are eagerly waiting for its release. After earning Rs 15 crore in advance booking, ‘Jan Neta’ is still lagging behind Thalapathy Vijay’s two films.

‘Jan Neta’, directed by H. Vinoth, has collected more than Rs 15 crore from domestic advance booking (including block seats) on the first day. This is considered to be one of the biggest advance bookings of this year. Trade experts believe that the booking of the film may increase further in the remaining two days before its release.

Action drama ‘Jan Neta’ may have earned Rs 15 crore in advance booking. Thalapathy Vijay It is behind the advance booking records of the last two films ‘Leo’ and ‘The Greatest of All Time’. GOAT, released in the year 2024, did a business of Rs 29.83 crore in domestic pre-sales before its release and earned Rs 126.32 crore worldwide on the first day. Whereas ‘Leo’ had registered advance bookings of Rs 46.36 crore (except block seats) for the first day before its release and collected Rs 148.5 crore worldwide on the opening day.

two days left for release

However, there are still 2 days left for the film to be released and ‘Jan Neta’ can reduce this gap significantly in the next two days. ‘Jan Neta’ is being considered as one of the biggest opening films of Vijay’s career. The biggest reason for this is the tag of being Vijay’s last film and his first theatrical release after becoming the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

Highest number of tickets sold in Tamil Nadu

Talking about the states, Tamil Nadu film has had the biggest business, where Rs 6.74 crore was earned from advance booking. After this, advance tickets worth Rs 4.88 crore were sold in Karnataka and Rs 1.80 crore in Kerala. It is clear from this that there is a huge craze about the film in the South. Along with Thalapathy Vijay, Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, Mamita Baiju, Prakash Raj, Gautam Vasudev Menon, Priyamani, Narayan and Nassar will be seen in important roles in ‘Jan Neta’. This political action drama film, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, will be released in theaters across the world on July 23.
