On Kharge’s statement, House leader JP Nadda said that Kharge’s statement will spread unrest. Kharge’s comment is beyond the facts.
Actually, Congress President Kharge had said that things from Manusmriti are being included in the new syllabus. However, after the uproar, Kharge’s Manusmriti comment was removed from the record. What did Sudhanshu Trivedi say?
BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi spoke for about a minute on this issue. As soon as Trivedi started speaking, the Chairman interrupted him. On the other hand, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said in Rajya Sabha, there are four main recruitment agencies in the country. These include UPSC, Staff Selection Commission, Railway Recruitment Board and Institute of Banking Personnel. We now have a national testing agency for admission in higher education. The irony is that the suggestion of creating a national agency was first raised in 1992 itself.
