Northamptonshire team has become the champion of T20 Blast after 10 years. With this title win, he has also equaled the record of winning the T20 Blast title the most number of times. This is Northamptonshire’s third T20 Blast title. Earlier in 2013 and 2016, he had become the champion of T20 Blast. Baker took 5 wickets against Northamptonshire and became the first bowler in the history of the tournament to do so in a final. Sonny Baker not only broke Northamptonshire’s opening pair by making Chris Lynn his first victim but also dismissed the team’s second opener Ricardo. After this, apart from taking the wickets of Kimber and Harrison in the middle order, he took the wicket of James Sales in the lower order. In this way, Hampshire bowler Sonny Baker created history by taking 5 wickets for 21 runs in 4 overs against Northamptonshire.
