Congress leader Rahul Gandhi targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday night. He said that in his video message released just before midnight, PM Modi did not talk about the issue of resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. In a post on ‘X’, Rahul Gandhi said that PM Modi should not insult the understanding of students.

The opposition leader said in his post, Mr. Modi, our students are demanding the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan. Don’t insult their intelligence with this useless video released at midnight. He then reiterated his three demands and said that first remove Dharmendra Pradhan. Punish those who beat up students and apologize.

PM Modi released video message

Prime Minister Modi announced that his government will take strict action against paper leaks and will discuss and finalize a law in this regard in the Union Cabinet meeting today. PM Modi on Thursday announced that a bill with provisions for strict action against paper leaks will be introduced in Parliament next week.

In the video message, PM Modi also said that the form of the bill will be discussed in the Cabinet meeting, where the proposed law will be finalized. The Cabinet will discuss the issue of paper leak today and decide further action keeping in mind the suggestions of its colleagues. He said that on Monday, when the second week of the monsoon session of Parliament begins, a bill with provisions for strict action against paper leaks will be brought and we will try to get it passed as soon as possible.
