Lok Sabha opposition leader Rahul Gandhi has once again made a big attack on the central government. On his social media handle, he has tried to corner the government by raising questions on the current education system of India. During this, Rahul also appealed to the students to join the ‘Students’ Echo’ campaign in Dehradun, Uttarakhand on 17th July.
Rahul Gandhi wrote in his post on X, ‘Corrupt, unjust, biased, dishonest – these four words are not mine, these are the words that the students of the country are using today for the education system of India. And the truth is this – India’s education system has now become a dishonest extortion system. The system which was created to prepare the future of children, is today pushing them and their families into debt, stress and despair.
Corruption gave birth to paper leak mafia
Questioning the government system, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi further wrote, this corruption has given birth to the paper leak mafia – which robs lakhs of students of years of hard work in one go. Here guilty vendors and officials get tenders and promotion. And who gets punished? Students, who are left alone with broken dreams.
Now is the time for revolution in education: Rahul Gandhi
The Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition further wrote, Modi government and the Education Minister are watching all this, but they have chosen silence – have turned their backs on accountability. And in the media? Just a long silence.
Corrupt, unjust, biased, dishonest – these four words are not mine, but the students of the country are using them today for the education system of India.
And the truth is – India’s education system has now become a dishonest extortion system.
