Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat, while addressing an event in Maharashtra, said that when Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaks, world leaders listen carefully and this is happening because India’s power is manifesting and the country is finding its rightful place. This is why he gives importance to the voice of India.
Speaking at an event organized in Pune to mark 100 years of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief, he said that instead of celebrating important occasions like birth anniversary or centenary, one should aim to complete the work done within the stipulated time.
Bhagwat said that the construction of Ram Temple is not just the closing of a chapter but an opportunity to decide the next step towards a Rashtra Mandir i.e. a strong, organized and coordinated India.
Now is the time to think – Bhagwat
Bhagwat said that the Sangh’s 100-year journey was not about celebrating milestones, but about fulfilling responsibilities. He said, “Although the Sangh has completed 100 years facing challenges and weathering many storms, it is time to think why the work of uniting the entire society took so much time?”
The world is listening to PM Modi
On India’s rising international profile, Bhagwat said the world “Prime Minister Is listening because India’s strength is visible where it should be shown. He recalled that he was once told that the Sangh had “come 30 years late”, to which he had replied that the organization had always been active. But he was simply not listened to. He said that people are drawn not by force but by the power of conversation and working together.
He said that history shows that when India progresses, global problems reduce and peace remains. The current global situation demands this from India and the volunteers of the Sangh have been working with this intention since day one.
We have to move forward together- Bhagwat
Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat met RSS founder Dr. K. B. Paying tribute to Hedgewar, he said that the early volunteers of the organization worked amidst great difficulties, without knowing whether their efforts would be successful or not. He said, he sowed the seeds of success and paved the way for change.
Emphasizing on unity, Bhagwat said that all thoughts in India have come from the same source. He said, we should move together and for this religion is necessary. Because everything is interconnected. Therefore, we should move forward in coordination.
