Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Mahmood Madani has again come into the limelight due to his statements. Madani not only criticized the court for its decisions but also alleged that the court was working under pressure from the government. Maulana Mahmood Madani raised questions on the Supreme Court.
In the meeting of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind Governing Body Council in Bhopal. Maulana Mahmood Madani Said that the effect is common in the case related to Babri Masjid and divorce. The courts are working under pressure from the government. The cases of Gyanvapi and Mathura were heard in the court by ignoring the Places of Worship law.
On Jihad in the governing body of Jamiat in Bhopal, Maulana Mahmood Madani said that the enemies of Islam have made the word Jihad a synonym for violence. Muslims are being insulted by using words like love jihad, land jihad, spit jihad. It should be clear that Jihad is a sacred duty in Islam.
Whenever there is oppression, there will be jihad.
He said that Jihad has many meanings in the Quran. It has happened for the upliftment of society and humanity. Where it is used in the sense of war, it is used to end oppression.
He clearly said that whenever there is oppression, there will be jihad. I repeat this again, whenever there is oppression, there will be Jihad. After this statement, slogans like ‘E Takbeer Allah Hu Akbar’ were raised.
He said that standing up to oppression in all heavenly religions is a moral responsibility. He said that Jihad is not a personal, private or act of revenge. Only a government established under Shariat can take the decision of Jihad. In the democratic country of India, where there is no idea of an Islamic state, Jihad is not even an issue for debate.
BJP targeted Madani
Madani said on Bande Mataram that the dead community surrenders, if they say Vande Mataram then they will start reciting, this will be the identity of being a dead community. If the community is alive then it will have to face the situation.
On the other hand, BJP has criticized Madani’s statement. BJP said that the Supreme Court should take cognizance of Madani’s statement. Madani has given a provocative statement. The comment on Supreme Court is shameful. It is wrong to raise questions on Vande Mataram. BJP said that Madani insulted the apex court, Jihad is undoubtedly an irresponsible word.
